Nolberto Saenz has been selected as Essential Pest Management’s Employee of the Month. Nolberto has been with Essential for about four years, during those four years Nolberto has become a weed control expert. With a strong knowledge base of herbicide use and weed biology, he has become a key contributor to the Essential team.

The month of April has been a busy and hectic month with April’s abundance of springtime weeds. Due to Essential’s growing clientele we had to hire additional help. Nolberto was instrumental in training our new team member. Despite a busy April and the responsibilities of training a new employee, Nolberto continued to provide a high level of service to his clients. He always goes the extra mile for his clients. Nolberto always remains positive and is a great example of the type of employee Essential is always on the lookout for.

Nolberto is a two time Employee of the Month winner. This recognition is a testimony to Nolberto’s work habits and consistency. Nolberto is an excellent employee and we are proud to have him on our team.
